Leadership coaching for new leaders
Coaching of new leaders in a private company (approx. 300 employees in Scandinavia). The participants came from all Scandinavian countries and represented different business areas within the organization. The program lasted six months and began with a thorough review of a personality test as a basis for personal development goals. The coaching sessions were conducted concurrently with the participants' completion of the company's internal leadership program.
