Torben holds a Master\u2019s degree in Psychology (cand.psych.) and is a licensed psychologist, specialist, and supervisor in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. He is also authorised by the Danish Working Environment Authority as an advisor on psychosocial work environments.<\/p>

As an organisational psychologist specialising in leadership and collaboration processes, Torben has built extensive experience over more than 20 years working with psychological and organisational development in both private and public sector organisations.<\/p>

For a decade, Torben was affiliated with CBS\/SIMI and University College Metropol as a lecturer and facilitator on MBA programmes. In addition, he is authorised by the Danish Working Environment Authority as a specialist consultant in psychosocial work environments, including Workplace Assessments (APVs).<\/p>
