SAAB Danmark has, since October 2024, collaborated with Anne Sofie and Anna-Clara to support our 10 senior leaders in a long-term leadership development program, which we launched as a strategically important element in strengthening our growth journey.

The purpose has been to strengthen our collaboration and communication within the executive management. The program consists of both leadership off-sites and individual executive coaching, where Anne Sofie and Anna-Clara, in close collaboration, have designed the process, prepared materials, and executed all efforts with great professionalism and an extremely high level of expertise.

We have therefore taken the opportunity to enter into a long-term partnership with Kløgt in the form of a framework agreement, so that they can support our organization on this growth journey forward.

At Roskilde University, we have on several occasions, and across departments, been pleased to collaborate with Kløgt. Among other things, we have used Kløgt for keynotes and workshops at our annual Ph.D. Day. The collaboration has every time been both professional and valuable.
