Kløgt’s founders, Anna-Clara Bramsen Buhl and Anne Sofie Fedders, met each other in 2010 and have since worked across organizations with the same ambition: to create workplaces where business ambitions and human well-being strengthen each other, rather than compete.

Through the years, and through the many conversations and sparring sessions they shared, the ambition grew clearer. Experience with business responsibility, KPIs, strategic development, and the leadership of people and organizations created the foundation for a shared direction: the establishment of Kløgt.
